
Wine Float
Wine Floats are the boozy treat you never knew you needed and winos everywhere are obsessed with it. At Salt+Vine we're totally here for it, too! There are so many variations to try- make sure you let us know your faves.

Ingredients

Wine

Vanilla or Vanilla Bean ice cream
Fill the glass or cup of your choice with vanilla ice cream and top with wine. Seriously, that's it. You can throw some fruit in if you like. We made a quick batch of cherries jubilee for our masterpiece.
Cherries Jubilee

1 lb fresh cherries (destemmed and pitted)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons of lemon or orange juice

1/2 cup of brandy
1. Add cherries to large, heavy skillet. Sprinkle on sugar and juice and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Carefully pour brandy into the skillet and light the liquid toward the outside of the pan (near the edge) with a long match or lighter. Allow fire to burn out by itself (2-3 minutes)
3. Spoon over vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
